Cliff also serves as Vice-Chairman of the St. Bernard Economic Development Commission, a board member of the St. Bernard Economic Development Foundation, and Housing Chairman for the St. Bernard Citizens Recovery Committee.

Judge David Gorbaty is a graduate of Louisiana State University and Louisiana State University Law School. David currently sits on Louisiana’s 4th Circuit, Court of Appeal and has had an outstanding career as a jurist, having begun his judicial career as a member of the 34th Judicial District Court in St. Bernard Parish.
David was selected by St. Bernard Parish Government to chair the Citizens Recovery Committee and was responsible for creating a recovery plan to present to the Louisiana Recovery Authority. The plan was created with assistance from the Tulane School of Urban Design and Waggoner and Ball architects and is acclaimed for its innovative approach for the recovery of St. Bernard Parish.

Claudette Reuther attended Louisiana State University and is a former librarian for Tulane University. Claudette is a recognized multi-million dollar award winning Realtor and civic leader. She is currently a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
Claudette served as Chairman of the St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce for 2006 and 2007 and is also a member of the St. Bernard Economic Development Commission, the St. Bernard Community Foundation’s executive committee, St. Bernard Parish Government’s Appointments Review Board, the Southeast Regional Coalition of Business Councils, St. Bernard Parish Schools’ Superintendent’s Advisory Board, Nunez Community College Advisory Board, a member of the steering committee of GNO Inc’s Angelou Economics regional economic study, and a member of the St. Bernard Citizen’s Recovery Committee that supervised the plan for the recovery of St. Bernard Parish in the post-Katrina era.
